A three-tiered universe (Ex. 20:4) — “You shal not make yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or that is in the earth beneath, or tht is in the water under the earth.”

A flat, circular earth occupying the center of the universe (Job 26:10, Prov. 8:27; Is. 40:22).

A Firmament or dome above the earth (Gen. 1:6-7, Job 22:14, 26:10; Prov. 8:27; Is. 40:22).

The Sun moving over the earth (sun as rising: Gen. 19:23; 32:31; Ex. 22:3; Ps. 19:4-6; 50:1; 104:22; 113:3; Ecc. 1:5; Jonah 4:8; Nahum 3:17; Mal. 1:11; [N.T. Mark 4:6; 16:2; James 1:11]; sun as going down: Gen. 15:12,17; 28:11; Ex. 17:12; 22:26; Deut. 16:6; 24:13,15; Jos. 10:27; Jud. 14:18; 19:14; Ps. 19:4-6; Is. 60:20; Dan. 6:14; Micah 3:6; [N.T. Waters above the firmament (Gen. 1:6-7; Job 38:8-11; Psalm 29:10)
